Hybrid and dynamic strategies
No single strategy wins everywhere. Parallel offsets keep gaps and overlaps down but drift off angle; rosette paths hold the angle but open gaps. Hybrid methods offset until a threshold is broken, then re-seed a fresh reference.

Almost every course fails its check, so almost every course is a new rosette. The hybrid collapses into a rosette ply. And rosette courses aren't parallel to each other.
