COMPACTION + TENSION

One robotic platform for compaction-based and tension-based winding — from rapid thermoset pipes to engineered Type V tanks, thermoplastic rotor sleeves, isogrids and non-axisymmetric structures.
Compaction-based winding enables in-situ thermoplastic consolidation and finite-fiber control. Tension mode raises throughput and pretensions material for tanks, pipes and tubes.

Stop and restart tapes for selective reinforcement, build isogrids without unnecessary mass, and wind non-axisymmetric shapes with precise fiber orientation under AddPath control.
