ORGANIC

Applies biological principles to Fused Granulate Fabrication additive manufacturing: nature-derived complex lattice design, fully recyclable fibre-reinforced biocomposites, and a cognitive control system with self-configuration, self-monitoring, self-optimisation and self-healing so the printing process corrects itself in real time. Validated on large offshore wind blade components (spar cap or shear web), taking the technology from TRL4 to TRL6.
